We always provide transparent, detailed proposals so you know exactly what you're investing in and what outcomes to expect. We're also happy to discuss projects in phases if budget needs to be spread over time.
Timelines depend on project scope and complexity:
Website design & build: 8-12 weeks
Brand development: 6-10 weeks
Marketing campaigns: Ongoing, with initial setup 2-4 weeks
Smaller projects: 2-6 weeks
We'll always provide a detailed timeline during our planning phase, and we're transparent about any dependencies that might affect delivery. Rush projects can sometimes be accommodated, just ask.
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it. Digital assets perform best when they're actively maintained, optimised, and evolved based on performance data. We offer flexible ongoing support packages covering everything from basic maintenance and updates to comprehensive digital strategy and marketing management.
Most of our clients continue working with us on a retained basis after their initial project, which allows us to continually refine and improve their digital performance.
We start every project by agreeing clear objectives and KPIs aligned to your business goals. These might include:

Definitely. We regularly collaborate with in-house marketing teams, other agencies, freelancers, and specialist suppliers. We're comfortable being the lead agency or playing a supporting role, whatever makes most sense for your project and business. If you already have developers, designers, or marketers, we're happy to complement their work rather than replace it.
We're completely flexible. We love welcoming clients to our Northamptonshire studio (it's a lovely space and the coffee's always on), but we're equally comfortable working remotely or meeting at your offices. Many of our clients are spread across the UK and internationally, so we're well set up for virtual collaboration.
For kickoff meetings and key strategy sessions, we do recommend meeting face-to-face where possible as there's something about being in the same room that sparks better ideas, but we make whatever works best for you.
