Community Impact

Partnerships that make a difference

From local and national charities to community organisations, we believe in supporting people and causes that make a difference.

HOW WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Impact beyond the office

Each year, we bring our team together to support charities and causes, locally and nationally, through fundraising, volunteering, and challenges that create real, lasting impact.

We are part of the communities we work within and believe in giving back.

Charity fundraising

Each year, we select a charity partner and commit to dedications and support. Through team-led challenges, events, and fundraising initiatives, we come together to support causes that truly matter, and have some fun along the way.

Community volunteering

We give our team the time and support, through a paid volunteer day, to make a hands-on difference across causes which are close to their hearts. From volunteering at foodbanks to wrapping Christmas gifts for local children, we get involved in practical ways that make a difference.

Team challenges

We embrace challenges that push us to be able to contribute. Whether it’s a 40km charity walk across Worcestershire, or a 211-mile cycle from Land’s End, our team shows up, digs deep, and turns effort into meaningful outcomes.

CHARITY OF THE YEAR 2025

Motor Neurone Disease Association

In 2025, we raised over £10,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA), a charity that has provided incredible support for our colleague and friend, Bal Siyan.  Bal was a valued member of our Digital Transformation Team, diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease and very sadly passed away towards the end of 2025. His memory lives on with his friends, family and colleagues and we are proud to have helped him and this cause as much as we could.

The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, research, and campaigning for those living with or affected by MND. Our team rallied together through various challenges and events to support this important cause.

Our journey to £10,000

Two employees completed a challenging 250-mile charity cycle ride from Land's End to Glastonbury in September 2025.

35+ employees completed a 40.87km charity walk through Worcestershire in June.
Internal fundraising events including bake sales, raffles, and themed social events.
