I joined Ballards in 2005 when my firm WW Watson Chartered Accountants merged with Ballard Dale Syree Watson. I trained with Newby Castleman in Leicester and became a partner with WW Watson in 1993.

I joined Ballards in 2012 after spending 6.5 years at BDO and 7.5 years at EY. I'm a corporate partner focusing on audit work and serve as head of Corporate Healthcare, working with larger medical clients including super-partnerships, PCNs, federations and private healthcare businesses.

I joined Ballards as a graduate in 2012 and my career progression to director demonstrates the firm's commitment to developing talent from within. I am now head of our Business Services department, focussing on growing the department whilst ensuring that we remain efficient and responsive. I work with owner managed businesses and SMEs across various sectors, specialising in the medical sector. I enjoy learning about different types of businesses and understanding what is important to the owners. One of the things I value most about working here is being surrounded by colleagues who are enthusiastic about offering quality service to clients and will bend over backwards to help each other. This collaborative spirit creates an environment where both clients and colleagues thrive. Outside work, I enjoy travel and staying active outdoors.
