Strengthening our corporate finance capability

As part of our Birmingham expansion, we’ve welcomed Rich Grover as Corporate Finance Partner. Rich trained at Deloitte and brings extensive dealmaking experience, having advised on more than 40 transactions worth over £205 million. At Ballards, Rich leads our partner-led approach to mergers, acquisitions and succession planning.

With around 150 staff, Ballards combines the resources of a large firm with the responsiveness of an independent practice, delivering bespoke, partner-led teams tailored to each client’s needs.
