ARC Inspirations is a high performing, commercially successful bar group, operating 3 brands with multiple venues across the UK. ARC lives to inspire their teams to provide guests the best drinks, food and to create memorable experiences for them in their venues for all occasions.

ARC wanted an independent review to assess their current IT systems and overall IT function to identify any risks, along with any efficiencies that could be exploited compared to best practice and similar businesses. With ambitious growth plans, ARC also wanted to understand how their current IT function aligned to the business growth strategy.

Work completed

Our IT and Digital Transformation department were selected to conduct an IT Current State Assessment.

The team spent several days on-site at ARC, holding in person discovery meetings with the leadership team, department leads and key operational staff.

Our expert team reviewed current systems in place, processes and procedures associated with the use of these systems, IT infrastructure, 3rd party IT partners and relationships, IT governance, polices, procedures and disaster recovery plans.

The information gathered was analysed and compared to both best practice and also to similar businesses.

Key risks and opportunities were identified along with a set of actionable prioritised recommendations and next steps, which were presented and walked through with the ARC leadership team.

The review and resulting report was very well received by ARC, with the actionable recommendations forming the basis of the future strategy.
