As one team, Creative Folks and the Ballards Digital Transformation project management team were commissioned to rejuvenate Ashton and Moore Ltd.’s brand identity and digital presence as they celebrated a century of business heritage.
The primary challenge was to blend Ashton and Moore’s rich heritage with a modern, attractive aesthetic. Striking a balance between innovation and tradition was crucial to ensure the brand’s evolution honoured its historical roots. This refreshed brand aesthetic was then seamlessly integrated into the new website, designed to enhance the user experience.
The project management strategy was meticulously crafted to ensure transparency with the Ashton and Moore team, fostering a seamless and efficient workflow. Regular updates and strategic milestones ensured the project remained in sync with the client’s vision at every stage.
The journey began with a logo redesign by the Creative Folks design team, delving into typography and colour palettes to forge a dynamic brand identity. This rebranding was complemented by a comprehensive brand palette and a collection of digital marketing assets. Concurrently, a robust web design and development plan was implemented, encompassing a content audit, competitor analysis, and the creation of a full-fledged site prototype.
The culmination of this project was the unveiling of a user- focused, SEO-optimised website that mirrors Ashton and Moore’s storied past and century-long business journey.
The revitalised branding and website overhaul have markedly improved Ashton and Moore’s position in the market, promising enhanced site traffic, user engagement, and an uplift in new business conversions.
