Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance; and Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care Limited 

Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance is a not-for-profit federation of GP Practices covering a population of c.500,000, whose primary objective is to support general practice. We provide a range of at-scale primary care services on behalf of practices, which are commissioned by local NHS bodies, and directly operate two large practices. 

Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care Limited is a confederation of the four GP Federations across Coventry and Warwickshire, and was formed to provide services across the entire patch where economies of scale can be achieved.

The Challenge

Prior to switching to Ballards, we used a local accountancy firm which has a wide portfolio of commercial SME clients. We found that the lacked an specific expertise and experience of the health care sector and felt that they lacked understanding of our business.
