Key challenge

The main challenge was to maintain ongoing operations while transitioning to a new system, requiring a deep understanding of each department’s unique tasks and processes. Additionally, acting as the intermediary between the service provider, Enable.Services, and the client, Inventor-e, posed another major challenge, necessitating clear and effective communication between all parties involved.

Ballards digital project management team was commissioned to integrate the SugarCRM system into Inventor-e. They played a crucial role in streamlining pricing and service conversations, keeping the client fully informed on the project status, and ensuring that actions and deliverables were managed in a structured, organised, and logical way. Regular meetings were set up with key stakeholders, and a clear action log was maintained to ensure accountability. This structured approach ensured that the project was delivered in full, aligning with what Inventor-e outlined from the initial tender RFQ.
