Newtons Waterproofing Systems Ltd wanted to know if the services being delivered by their current IT Managed Service Provider were the correct services for their current and future business and if they deliver value for money.

Work completed

Ballards IT and Digital Transformation department were selected via their Virtual CIO service to conduct an independent impartial review of Newtons current IT Managed service provider. The review focused on the following key areas:

• Review of MSP contract and comparison to actual services & SLA’s delivered

• Gap analysis of services compared to standard models and other MSP providers

• Cost comparison compared to 2 other MSP providers

Results

The findings from the review were presented to the client in a comprehensive report that also detailed a series of recommendations. The report was very well received by Newtons Waterproofing Systems Ltd.
