Procomm Site Services identified the need for additional functionality to their core 3rd party rental management system.

Work completed

Ballards IT and Digital Transformation department were selected to work with Procomm to initially define and document the requirements for the new software functionality and then project manage the software development and implementation with the 3rd party software vendor.

During the 9 month project, the Ballards Project manager:

• Drove the project forward to reach the agreed objectives.

• Managed timelines, holding people accountable for actions.

• Ensured the project remained on budget and to scope.

• Managed and mitigated any project risks.

• Acted as the liaison between Procomm and the 3^rd party software vendor.
