Key challenge

Risilience have gone through a period of rapid growth with multiple IT systems in place, with limited set processes and procedures for business operations. Risilience wanted to understand the risks and opportunities associated to these systems and how they align to both best practice and to deliver the future needs of the business.

Work completed

Ballards IT and Digital Transformation department were selected to conduct an independent review of the IT system landscape, underlying IT infrastructure, 3^rd party relationships and key businesses processes and procedures.

The information gathered was analysed and compared to both best practice and also to similar businesses. Key risks and opportunities were identified along with a set of actionable recommendations and next steps.

Results

The information gathered and findings from the review were presented to the client in a comprehensive report. A clear set of risks and opportunities were presented along with a prioritised list of real-life actionable recommendations.

The review and resulting report was very well received by Risilience, and provided the foundation for an IT and systems improvement programme.
