Risilience - IT Director

Key challenge

Risilience have gone through a period of rapid growth, with a number of IT systems in place that weren’t necessarily intended to work together, resulting in inefficiencies and duplication of information. Risilience wanted the expertise of a seasoned IT director to ensure the correct systems and suppliers were selected going forward and to drive efficiencies and business improvements through the use of technology. Though Risilience did not want the cost and difficulty in employing a full time IT director.

• Chair of IT Steering Committee

• IT System and Supplier Selection

• Management of relationship with 3rd party Managed Service Provider

• IT infrastructure advice

• Strategic IT Guidance
