As Managing Director of Four Squared Recruitment, I leverage my deep knowledge of the recruitment market to set and execute our strategic vision, drive innovation across recruitment practices, and lead talent acquisition. I'm passionate about delivering an unrivalled client experience whilst fostering the inclusive and inspirational workplace culture that defines Four Squared.
My approach to helping clients centres on listening and asking questions. Recruitment is fundamentally about solving problems, understanding what clients need and what candidates want, then finding the right connections.
What draws me to Ballards is that it supports ideas, allows you to make mistakes and learn, and the people inspire me daily. This creates the foundation for genuine innovation in how we approach recruitment challenges.
Outside work, I enjoy time with my family, exploring new experiences and places. I've been a Trustee of Longlands since 2008, a charity providing alternative education to young people struggling in mainstream school. This role helps me keep perspective on life.
