Business Services Director

I hold an MSci and ACA qualification, and my career progression at Ballards demonstrates the firm's commitment to developing talent from within. Since joining, I've built deep expertise in business services  whilst developing our medical sector capabilities.

My responsibilities centre on overseeing the team, working with clients who value a responsive and personalised service. I take the time to understand what is important to each client and explain things in a way they can easily understand.

One of the things I value most about working here is being surrounded by colleagues who are enthusiastic about offering quality service to clients and will bend over backwards to help each other. This collaborative spirit creates an environment where both clients and colleagues thrive.

Outside work, I enjoy travel and staying active outdoors.
