I joined Ballards as a graduate in 2012 and my career progression to director demonstrates the firm's commitment to developing talent from within. I am now head of our Business Services department, focussing on growing the department whilst ensuring that we remain efficient and responsive. I work with owner managed businesses and SMEs across various sectors, specialising in the medical sector. I enjoy learning about different types of businesses and understanding what is important to the owners. One of the things I value most about working here is being surrounded by colleagues who are enthusiastic about offering quality service to clients and will bend over backwards to help each other. This collaborative spirit creates an environment where both clients and colleagues thrive. Outside work, I enjoy travel and staying active outdoors.
