I'm qualified as both FCA and CTA, winning awards from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Career highlights besides the awards include being named in the Top 35 UK accountants under 35 in 2019 and serving as chair of the ICAEW West Midlands from 2022-24. I'm the audit partner on Ballards' biggest clients with turnovers exceeding £1bn and help lead our international operations with Andy, attending AGN events worldwide. I have represented Ballards at events or client visits across four continents and counting!
My approach combines robust technical audit expertise with agile, responsive service that puts clients at the centre. Having both audit and tax qualifications gives me a unique perspective on wider business challenges that many audit partners don't have. I've developed my entire career at Ballards since 2011, which shows how the firm identifies and nurtures talent, supporting people to reach their full potential.
Outside work, I'm a lifelong Kidderminster Harriers fan, and am supported by my wife and 2 children. I try to complete at least one fundraising run per year and hope to progress to a full marathon one day!
