I am qualified as both ACA chartered accountant and CTA chartered tax advisor, which allows me to provide well rounded advice considering both accounting and taxation aspects of a transaction.

My particular areas of expertise include; transactional tax work including reorganisations and business sales, valuations, employee share incentives (including the EMI scheme), and property tax.  In addition to providing general advice I take instruction for expert witness assignments for both matrimonial and shareholder disputes.

I present complex tax information in an easy-to-understand format, helping clients fully understand their position and make informed decisions.
