Senior Manager

I joined Ballards in March 2024 as a Senior Manager within the Medical team. I specialise in healthcare accounting and advisory services, working primarily with GP practices and medical consultants.

My responsibilities include managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, reviewing accounts and advisory work, supporting the development of our team, and helping to improve processes and efficiencies across the medical department.

Before joining Ballards, I spent more than seven years at BDO, progressing from Senior to Manager. During that time, I managed a portfolio of GP practices and provided specialist advisory services to healthcare clients. I also gained valuable experience working with family and charitable trusts, as well as family investment companies.

As an FCCA-qualified accountant, my approach is built on combining specialist sector knowledge with practical advice. I understand the challenges healthcare professionals face and work closely with clients to provide clear, informed guidance that supports their objectives and helps them make confident decisions.

What I enjoy most about Ballards is the supportive and collaborative culture. It's a place where ideas are valued, people are encouraged to contribute, and there is a real commitment to developing both individuals and the wider business.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing padel with friends, watching films, and helping my local community organise religious events.
