I am a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant at Ballards, partnering with mid-market and high-growth organisations across sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, construction and professional services to deliver end-to-end digital change programmes. My role bridges strategy, technology and execution, helping clients select, implement and embed modern systems that drive efficiency, integration and scalability.
I lead client engagements from discovery through to delivery, covering current state assessments, ERP, HRIS and CRM procurement, system integrations and C-level advisory support. I also support Ballards' AI working group, helping shape internal best practice for safe and effective AI adoption. Before joining Ballards in 2023, I worked as an IT Project Manager, and I hold a BA Hons in Business and IT.

Outside work, I'm a black belt in Jujitsu and train four nights a week. I'm also passionate about fitness, enjoy mountain walking and love spending time with my family.
