I am a NetSuite Consultant at Ballards, working with businesses across the wholesale and distribution, manufacturing and retail sectors to deliver ERP transformation and process improvement initiatives. My role bridges business requirements and technology, helping clients implement, optimise and integrate NetSuite solutions that improve efficiency, support strategic objectives and maximise the value of their technology investments.
I have over 10 years' experience working with ERP systems, helping businesses improve efficiency, streamline processes and maximise the value of their technology investments. Prior to joining Ballards, I held a variety of senior consulting, business analysis and IT leadership roles, supporting organisations across the wholesale and distribution, manufacturing and retail sectors.
My areas of expertise include NetSuite implementation and optimisation, functional solution design, ERP process improvement, data migration and systems integration. I work closely with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to user acceptance testing, go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring solutions are aligned with their operational and strategic objectives.
A career highlight has been working alongside clients throughout their transformation journeys, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and delivering solutions that meet their requirements and create lasting value. I take particular satisfaction in seeing customers realise the benefits of a successful implementation and achieve the outcomes they set out to deliver.
I hold a Degree in Computer Science and bring together specialist NetSuite expertise with a broader background in ERP transformation, business change and operational improvement. This enables me to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions that support long-term growth and success.
