Corporate Finance Associate Director

I am a Corporate Finance Associate Director at Ballards, specialising in Transaction Advisory Services, Lead Advisory, Business Valuations, Financial Modelling and Exit Readiness. I work with entrepreneurial and mid-market businesses, helping clients understand value, navigate deals and achieve their growth ambitions.

I began my finance career at RSM UK within the audit practice before moving into Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton, where I gained extensive experience advising mid-market businesses on transactions. Since joining Ballards in February 2024, I have continued to build on that foundation, combining a strong technical background with practical deal expertise to deliver clear, informed advice at every stage of a transaction.

I am ACA qualified and have led complex transactions, valuations and financial analyses across a range of sectors.
