I have more than 10 years' experience advising investors, business owners and executive leadership teams on technology strategy, helping them create value, manage risk and deliver successful outcomes. Prior to joining Ballards, I held senior technology consulting roles, working with clients across a wide range of industries to shape and deliver strategic technology initiatives.
My areas of expertise include technology due diligence, technology integration and carve-out planning, digital transformation, IT strategy, CIO advisory, system selection and IT operations. A career highlight has been advising on numerous high-value and high-profile transactions, providing technology insights that have informed investment decisions, reduced execution risk and supported long-term value creation.
I hold a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science and work closely with investors, boards and executive teams to identify value creation opportunities, mitigate technology and operational risks, and maximise returns from strategic investments and transactions.
My approach combines commercial acumen with practical technology expertise, helping clients make informed decisions, navigate complexity and achieve their strategic objectives with confidence.
