Transaction Advisory Services Director

I joined Ballards in February 2026 as Transaction Advisory Services Director, bringing nearly two decades of experience providing financial due diligence and acquisition advisory support for corporate acquirers and private equity backed clients pursuing buy-and-build strategies.

My approach goes beyond the numbers. With a particular focus on the health and social care, education and children's day nursery sectors, I seek to understand the wider challenges my clients face to provide tailored advice with proactive commercial solutions.

My responsibilities centre on helping to grow the Transaction Advisory Services offering of the firm. I help clients navigate the complexities of the acquisition process with a collaborative approach to working with all stakeholders combined with my sector-specific expertise.

What attracted me to Ballards is the firm's impressive growth in recent years and the entrepreneurial way of working in a collaborative and supportive environment. I'm excited to support the continued growth of the Transaction Advisory Services team across the Midlands and beyond. I'm particularly proud to have played a key part in my previous role in developing a successful corporate finance team through building a supportive network.

Outside work, if I'm not taking my children to football training or swimming lessons, you'll find me on the green baize competing in the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire snooker league. I'm an avid football fan and my team won their first trophy for 17 years in May 2025!
