I'm a member of ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with UK audit signing rights as a Responsible Individual. Before Ballards, I was a director and RI at Deloitte and later S&W, working across the UK, India, Australia, Canada and the US.
Over more than two decades, I've worked alongside multinational groups, private equity-backed companies and owner-managed businesses in sectors including manufacturing, automotive, technology, mining and aggregates, early years education and investment. That breadth of experience is something I bring to every client relationship here.
My focus is on cutting through complexity for businesses operating across borders. Having spent my career advising businesses and leadership teams across multiple jurisdictions, I understand the realities of international growth, governance, reporting and compliance. My experience in the UK–India corridor is one example of that broader international perspective, bringing practical insight into the opportunities and challenges of one of the world's most important business relationships. The technical side has to be watertight; the advice has to be practical. Both matter.
What drew me to Ballards is a firm that moves at pace and genuinely puts clients first. I am based primarily in Birmingham, and Ballards' ambition in the city is a big part of what drew me here.
Outside the office, I follow cricket closely and stay connected with colleagues and friends around the world. Having lived in several countries, I've had plenty of practice in the art of diplomatic neutrality when international cricket rivalries arise.
