I joined Ballards in 2021 as IT & Digital Transformation Partner, heading up our IT and Digital Transformation Practice. I bring experience from RSM as IT & Digital Transformation Manager, iForce (part of Eddie Stobart group) as Head of transformation projects, and Poundland as Head of projects.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science and Cybernetics from the University of Reading and am a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner. This combination of technical expertise and formal project management training enables me to deliver complex technology transformations effectively.
