I joined Ballards in June 2025, taking on leadership of the HR function across Ballards and its associated brands. My role is to shape and deliver a people strategy that strengthens our culture, supports our business goals, and enables our people to thrive, because when people are at their best, the business is too.
CIPD-qualified, I bring extensive senior HR experience gained across professional services and large corporate environments, where partnered closely with leadership teams to deliver people-focused solutions that drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. My areas of expertise span strategic HR leadership, employee relations, recruitment, talent management, organisational change, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
My approach is collaborative and values-led. I work alongside our people and leaders to make sure HR plays a meaningful role in delivering an exceptional experience, for our employees and our clients alike.
Outside work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places, which keeps me energised and brings a positive mindset to everything I do.
